Contact Info
Important note:

AHAN is an all volunteer organization and therefore it might be impossible to respond to all inquires.

1. If an dog or cat's picture is on our site, the animal is still available for fostering or adoption.

2. All questions from people that have filled out a complete application get priority over those who have not filled out an application and will get a response.

3. You only need to fill out one application. You are not 'locked' into one particular animal per application. We can switch to a different dog per your request. In addition, we might recommend a better suited dog based on your application.
Our goal is to provide more information about the welfare of animals and our environment to the general public. It is our goal to reach out to more people and our minds to educate them about the value of all living being.

If you have questions or suggestions regarding our Non-Profit organization or the work we do, you welcome to contact us.

Please Note: AHAN does not maintain a shelter. Please do not attempt to visit us to meet available animals at our mailing address as we do not maintain a shelter. We rescue animals in need from many different places and situations - some are from Los Angeles, Clearlake, Merced and some even come from Taiwan. We gain a better understanding of the animal’s needs and temperament through fostering with foster families. We believe our rescue help should know no boundaries. To find out more about the wonderful animals available for adoption through AHAN, please visit our adoption pages and click on the picture of the animal that interests you or email us at . We’d love to help you find the right companion animal to welcome into your family.
